If you are unhappy with your purchase, for any reason, you may return it to us within 10 days for a full refund (excluding postage costs).
- The 10 day return period starts from the date that you receive your item; therefore once you have received your item you have 10 days to post the item you wish to return, back to us. (We will not take the time it takes for the item to reach us into account as we are aware that this will vary from country to country).
- Items must be returned unworn, with tags still attached and in original packaging.
- Return postage costs are the buyers’ responsibility and we cannot accept responsibility for packages lost in the post, therefore we would ask customers to take adequate measures to ensure that their returned item reaches us safely.
- Refunds will be made within 21 days of us receiving your returned item; via the original payment method used and will exclude postage costs.
If you would like to exchange an item; for example, for a different size, we are happy to do so if you return your purchase to us within 10 days. The item/s must be returned unworn, with tags still attached and in original packaging. Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can arrange for a replacement item to be despatched to you.
